NaviGO

Privacy Policy

This page explains how NaviGO and the NaviGO Chrome extension handle user data. Last updated: 2026-06-02.

What NaviGO Does

NaviGO helps users import recruiting and company page information into a job-search management board. The Chrome extension reads the current page only when the user clicks the import button, or when the user explicitly turns on automatic import for Mynavi 2027 company pages.

NaviGO does not submit job applications, reserve seminars, send messages, or perform actions on recruiting sites on behalf of the user.

Data We Handle

  • Account information, such as email address, login state, email verification state, user group, and remaining AI usage count.
  • Job-search records saved by the user, such as company name, industry, job type, salary text, location, selection flow, notes, events, and entry tasks.
  • When importing a page, the current page URL, title, visible text, headings, important links, and page text needed to extract company and recruiting information.
  • AI analysis inputs and outputs used to summarize recruiting pages, interviews, documents, or other job-search support features.

The extension does not read passwords, authentication cookies, payment information, or private messages. Browser session cookies may be sent by the browser to NaviGO only to verify the user's login session; the extension does not inspect or store those cookies.

How We Use Data

  • To import and save recruiting page information selected by the user.
  • To summarize page content with AI when the user has permission and remaining AI usage.
  • To sync saved job-search records across devices after the user logs in and completes email verification.
  • To show account state, user group, and remaining AI usage inside the extension.

NaviGO does not sell user data, use user data for advertising, or use imported page content for unrelated purposes.

Sharing and Processors

NaviGO may send the minimum necessary data to service providers that operate the product, such as hosting, authentication, database, and AI model providers configured for NaviGO. These providers process the data only to deliver NaviGO features.

NaviGO may disclose data if required by law or to protect the service and users from abuse.

Security and Storage

NaviGO uses HTTPS for network communication. Some imported records are temporarily stored in the extension's local storage until the NaviGO page imports them. Logged-in users can sync saved records to the server. Users who are not logged in keep records only in their browser storage.

User Control

  • Users can disable automatic import in the extension popup.
  • Users can edit or delete imported company records in NaviGO.
  • Users can uninstall the extension from Chrome at any time.
  • Users can contact the developer through the support link shown in NaviGO.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use

NaviGO's use of data collected through the Chrome extension is limited to the user-facing job-search management and AI summarization features described in the extension UI and Chrome Web Store listing. NaviGO does not transfer this data for advertising, sale, or unrelated profiling.

The use of information received from Chrome extension APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
